Who This Class is For

The rules of retirement have changed for retiring baby boomers. The strategies that worked for your parents could cause you to go broke in this New Reality. This FREE comprehensive two-day class is designed to teach you what these changes are and how they affect you and your retirement plans.

While almost anyone with substantial retirement savings can benefit from attending, we designed this course for adults between the ages of 50 and 70 that have at least $250,000 in investible assets.

This course is held all around the country at universities, libraries, and community centers, but is not affiliated with any of these locations.

ABOUT YOUR PRESENTERS

Kevin Hegedus

Portfolio Manager

Kevin focuses on working closely with clients to build a personalized, long-term strategy that he monitors closely so that they can maintain their lifestyle and enjoy a comfortable retirement. He plays a key role in portfolio construction and monitoring.

Kevin is the founder of Prairie Wealth Management and holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) and Certified Investment Manager (CIM) designations. In 2017, Kevin earned a spot on the Wealth Professional’s list of the Top 50 Financial Advisors in Canada, and was also named Top Advisor in Canada by Wealth Professional Magazine in 2018.  Kevin believes, above all, in the strength of a great team and draws on the support of a diverse group of specialists.  Together, they work to provide clients with the most comprehensive financial planning process available in the industry.

When he is not helping clients to navigate the financial landscape, Kevin spends time at his cottage at his hometown of Wakaw and has recently taken up kickboxing.  He and his wife Dana can often be found cheering on their 12-year-old daughter, Eden at her many dance performances or practicing karate moves, with 10-year-old Luke, who takes after his love for all things math related.
