PWM Private Wealth Counsel was founded in 2009 by Kevin Hegedus who has been working tirelessly at growing his knowledge and expertise in the investment industry since 1991. As the firm grew additional professionals were added including insurance advisors*, chartered financial analysts and chartered financial planners.
Kevin believed in a holistic approach, placing equal importance on tax, estate, financial, and cash flow planning alongside investment choices. This was a new idea at the time and still the cornerstone of PWM today. Now one of Canada's largest independent financial planning firms, the team has extensive experience serving high-net-worth families, individual investors, and corporations. While our roots are in the prairies, we service clients across the country. We have built a business and reputation on hard work, ethics, and trust.
